Billy b, since 2019



Billy b loves cycling and he loves his goodest girl Kona. But he wasn't able to walk Kona for long or comfortably get on the bike to ride.
In 2019 Billy b started 1-on-1 training. He found himself walking the pooch regularly and within a couple of years of persistent work, began serious, professionally-coached cyclist training, integrating his ongoing dedication to resistance training into his rigorous cycle training schedule. At the time of this writing (5/2026) he has "...completed a half dozen long course bicycle races and continues to remodel himself into an accomplished cyclist.", per his cycling coach (not Clayton).
Oh, and it's no small thing that he's had multiple life-threatening health conditions go into remission / disappear.
